The name of the accused baby sitter happens to be Melissa Harding Jones. She is now battling against the endeavors to transport her to Florida to deal with a manslaughter charge. The child, whom Melissa kidnapped, was Pilar Rodriguez, who was 4 years old. Pilar has been missing since then.
